3S Shop exterior

Yamaha 3S Shops can be distinguished by their exterior makeup. Outside stands a tall, black pylon, indicating the prescence of 3S Motormate Cagayan De Oro in the area. It is complimented by the traditional black and red Yamaha front signage, and several promotional banners on display.
Beside the 3S Shop is MotoCafe, a cafeteria that caters to both staff and customers.

Showroom area

The showroom area contains the motorcycle and apparel displays, catalogue racks, framed posters, and counters for interaction between customers and staff members of 3S Motormate Cagayan De Oro.
On the second floor, aftermaket parts are available for sale, and more motorcycle displays can be found there.
3S Motormate Cagayan De Oro is a WiFi Zone. Customers can surf on the internet for free, while waiting inside the showroom.

Service area

The service area is an open section of the 3S Shop where customers' motorcycles are maintained and repaired. Beside the service area is the customer's lounge, a part of the showroom where customers wait in relative comfort, while their motorcycles undergo repair and maintenance.

Motorcycle displays

Yamaha motorcycles on display platforms are seen on strategic areas in the showroom. Beside each motorcycle model is a "spec stand", where most details on a certain motorcycle model can be found.
Customized motorcycles are also on display in the showroom. This is to encourage motorcycle owners and buyers that extensive customization can be made, and it is their imagination that limits them.

Parts section personnel are responsible for the sales and availability of Yamaha motorcycle spare parts.
