QA Assistant Supervisor

Requirements:
  • Should be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed.
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years relevant work experience in the same capacity in the area of investigation and evaluation of market claim.
  • Knowledgeable on 7 QC Tools.
  • Must1 possess excellent communication and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Conducts evaluation and investigation on market related claim and management.
  • Coor1dinates with supplier on claim related parts.
  • Process feedback and prevention for market related concern.
  • Proposes plans on claim reduction activities.

Production Engineer

Requirements:
  • Should be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Candidate must have at least 2 years work experience in Production.
  • With related experience in training, admin and report generation.
  • Knowledgeable on 7 QC Tools, FMEA, Time & Motion Study, Productivity and yield improvement.
  • Must possess excellent communication and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Performs Line/Section Quality Audit.
  • Coordinates to other Section for quality and process related issues.
  • Generates all kinds of forms related to Production process and monitoring.
  • Generates systems for production operation improvement.
  • Analyzes problems (internal and external) encountered by Production and find ways on how to prevent the re-occurrence.
  • Generates procedure, Operation Standard, HK Sheet as necessary.
  • Initiates Quality Activities correlated and collaborated with QA (QCC Group).
  • Conducts Motion and Time Study for each process on all lines.
  • Recommends actions for Yield and Capacity improvements base on the results of the Time Study.

Maintenance Engineer

Requirements:
  • Should be a graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • With experience/knowledge in Preventive Maintenance, Design and Troubleshooting.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
  • With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Responsibilities:
  • Performs periodic maintenance to all machines within the Production area.
  • Conducts daily monitoring of machines, equipment & facilities to ensure that the same is in good operating condition.
  • Carries out inventory and control of machine spare parts and ensure its accuracy to eliminate prevent losses.
  • Determines and schedules calibration of Production Engineering controlled equipment.
  • Coordinates with contractors as to the schedule of periodic check and maintenance of building and its facilities.
  • Provides timely feedback regarding machine, equipment and facilities related problems.

Process Engineer

Requirements:
  • Should be a graduate of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • With experience/knowledge in Preventive Maintenance, Design and Troubleshooting.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
  • With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in the design and development of certain production process, tools and jig design, equipment and jigs set-up.
  • Handles problem analysis, troubleshooting and process improvements.

Company Nurse

Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a licensed Nurse.
  • Preferably with 6 months experience.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office application.
Responsibilities:
  • Attends to the medical needs of the employee patient such as doing vital signs, recording patients health problems, making initial assessment and record them all in patients chart.
  • Attends to employees requiring medicines as needed or as prescribed by the company physicians.
  • Provides assistance to the Company Physician in performing minor surgery and emergency procedures to employee patients.
  • Performs emergency clinical procedures in the absence of the Company Physician and refer patient to the nearest accredited hospital.
  • Maintains official records on purchases and dispensation of medicines.
  • Does clinical related reports such as monthly medicines consumption, monthly maternity reports, monthly consultation and sick leave report and other related clinic report that maybe ask by company physicians or company administration.

Document Control Coordinator

Requirements:
  • Candidate must a graduate of any four year course.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years experience gained from manufacturing industry.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standards and Procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintains accurate list of all received documents from all departments for registration.
  • Registers documents and re-produce if necessary according to distribution list.
  • Updates masterlist of documents and records and inform all concerned employees regarding updated masterlist.
  • Distributes controlled copies of documents and retrieve obsolete ones.
  • Properly file registered documents and records as per procedure.
  • Monitors the retention and archival periods of records and coordinate with other departments regarding records for archival.
  • Ensures that confidential documents are properly kept and controlled.
  • Maintains that all standards are followed and met based on approved documents.
  • If necessary, conduct self-audit to verify compliance to procedures and give feedback to process leader for any improvement/s.
  • Assists in dissemination of information related to ISO and actively participate during quality/environmental-related activities.
