Sales Planning Asst. Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male, Graduate of any 4 years Business course specifically Economics & Industrial Engineer
  • At least 2 years working experience in Planning, Logistics & Production Control
  • With Basic Motorcycle Knowledge
  • Familiar with ISO 9001,14001 & 18000
  • Customer Service Oriented and can work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office application

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute smoothly the SCM project operation related to delivery of motorcycle.
  • Ensure that the right product and the right quantity is delivered at the right place.
  • Constantly analyze the performance of SCM operation process and identify issues and develop  solutions.
  • Work closely with the Management team to ensure efficient execution of the SCM project.
  • Create and present the analysis of data relevant to what is required during Operations Meetings.
  • Ensure that the average stocking level is followed in the Davao Warehouse in line with the SCM project.

  • Apply the average stocking level of the Davao Warehouse to the PSI to ensure that stocks will be properly allocated to complete the average stocking level.
  • To inform the management on critical stocks as well as overstocks based on the sales trending.

  • To coordinate closely with production planning and logistics in timely arrival of stocks which will be useful for the sales department in discussing with the dealers.

  • Participate in the sales planning operation related to logistics functions.

  • Perform other functions deemed necessary by the General Manager and Director.

Sales Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male/Female

  • Exposure in Sales or Marketing is required
  • 4 years course graduate

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office application
  • With valid driver’s license
  • Good interpersonal skills, store experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily visit in each branches minimum of 10moutlets per day.
  • Checks POP materials and Merchandising in each branches.
  • Talks to Branch Manager or any person in the branches to show all the concerns about your product.
  • Fill up OVR and DAR daily to serve as attendance and reference purposes.
  • Checks the account grid and budget per marketing activities if implemented properly.
  • Encodes all the concern per branches and study each market segment that penetration your area of responsibilities.
  • Collates the activity result and evaluates its effectiveness.
  • Computes monthly budget thru Account grid and report to the management.

  • Checks status of company vehicle and equipment’ for maintenance and repair.

  • Checks the status of market strategies and competitors promotions.
  • Submits travel request by land for sales activities and company events.

CCS Instructor

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male and or Female, Graduate of  4 years course specifically Education, Business or Psychology
  • At least 1-2 years working experience
  • Excellent communication, customer service and training skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office application

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts the YCA (Yamaha Customer & Community Satisfaction Academy), YSA (Yamaha Sales Academy), Leadership Training for all 3S Shop staff, 3S Shop Orientation and Mobile Education.
  • Conducts Train the trainer for Dealer Staff, PKS for MB and Internal  training for Area Controllers.
  • Organizes the overall schedule of interrelated groups to conduct YCA, YSA and 3S shop Orientation including  all its administrative requirements.
  • Visits assigned 3S Shop to evaluate and check the implementation of Dealer Network Development programs.
  • Conceptualize Staff Retention and Customer Satisfaction programs for 3S Shop development.
  • Handles Visual DND including In store radio and videos, scent, customer feedback, uniforms and POP’s.
  • Evaluates 3S Shop’s compliance to YMPH Criteria via 3S Shop evaluation and staff performance evaluation. Discussion of the results to YMPH Management and Dealers.
  • Responsible  for the execution of 3S Shop Upgrade and Rehabilitation.

  • Collection of all accounts receivable form Uniform and other CS programs.
  • Collates information and documents on the administrative requirements of CS seminars into synthesized reports such as 3S shop Staff database report, Materials/ Supplies Inventory, and other related reports needed from time to time.
  • Works with personnel and or DND Education Supervisor in formulating new programs geared towards improving 3S Shop Staff’s database report, Materials/ Supplies Inventory, and other related reports needed from time to time.

Power Product Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male, Graduate of any 4 years course
  • Exposure in Marketing, Advertising, Manufacturing and Retail Sales is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, public relation and sales negotiation skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office application
  • Willing to do field work
  • With valid driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate sales orders of dealers of generators, multi-purpose engines & water pump.
  • Develop and conceptualize promotional activities for power products as well as promo materials.
  • Development of attractive display of 3S Shops.
  • Conduct market survey and analysis pertaining to market competitors.
  • Attend company events/activities and submit subsequent reports.
  • Conduct product knowledge seminar or orientation to new 3S Shops employees.

Sales Manager

Male, 32 – 37 years of old

Graduate of any 4 year Business Course or MBA

QUALIFICATIONS:

- With at least 10 years Sales or Retail Sales and Marketing experience.

- With 5 year Sales Management experience.

- Previous experience in Motorcycle or automotive company  is an advantage but not required.

- Motorcycle Enthusiast.

- Good in Analyzing, Planning and Forecasting Sales.

- People-oriented and Team player.

- With above average Negotiation and Communication Skills.

- With valid driver’s license.
