Lima Technology Center, Head Office (Batangas)

ESH Engineer

• Male, 25 - 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• BOSH Training required.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

• Conduct safety surveys / inspections / audits and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Establish and deliver ESH deliverables and training to personnel in the organization.
• Conduct risk analysis and ESH assessment.
• Monitor and review programs and ensure adherence to sound and well-established practices and management systems such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Daily update of Safety Information Board.
• Monitor issued Occupational Accidents and Traffic Accidents to each section / department.
• Verify corrective and preventive actions on issued Occupation Accident and Traffic Accident Reports.
• Evaluates Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when needed.
• Assist on implementation of Safety Trainings.

PQC Engineer

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Knowledgeable in 7QC Tools, FMEA, Motion and Time Study.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Generates monthly report as deemed necessary.
• Handles QA/QC aspect of Production.
• Generates procedure, Operation Standard, HK Sheet as necessary.
• Cooperates and participates  for new product / model launching and development.
• Generates systems for production operation improvement.
• Generates all kinds of forms related to production processes and monitoring.
• Analyzes problems encountered by Production and find ways on how to prevent the reoccurrence.
• Attends daily production meeting at a regular interval in each production area of operation.
• Performs Line / Section Quality Assessment.
• Maintains and updates record of nonconforming report and out to Production.
• Coordinates with other sections for quality and process related issues.
• Reports to Production QC Supervisor and Production Manager any problems that arise in his / her area of assignment.
