• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any four year course (for Staff), Industrial Engineering (for Engineer).

Area Controller

• Male, 26 - 27 years old.
• Graduate of any 4 years business course.
• At least 1 year experience as Sales Executive.
• Have excellent customer service.
• Willing to travel nationwide.
• Resident of Cebu.

• Conceptualize and monitor sales development programs.
• Develop strategies to improve present Sales Program.
• Conducts competitive check and reports status of trade development.
• Marketing of all brands/products targeted to and ensures profitability and market share objectives are met.
• Creates a customer-centric sales organization by institutionalizing regular analysis of market information, programs, feedback systems, processes and interventions for critical customer requirements.

Sales Information Staff

• Business Administration Course graduate.
• 22 to 26 years old.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage

• Posseses good interpersonal skills and above average customer service skills.

Flagship Shop Staff

• Marketing course graduate or at least 2 years college level.
• 25 to 30 years old.
• At least 2 years work experience in a Retail Operation.
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to do field work.
• Have knowledge in marketing strategies.

• Initiates sales pitch to walk-in customers as well as potential ones.
• Facilitates processing of installment application forms submitted by the customers.
• Assists in the improvement of sales of the shop to make the quota consistently and contributes in achieving branch targets.

Service Education Staff

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• Candidate must have an interest in motorcycle and motorcycle riding/techniques.
• Has the confidence in doing classroom and hands-on training.
• Must be willing to travel and doing field work.
• Proficient in MS Applications especially in Power Point.
• Possesses good oral communication skills.

• Conduct technical training related to motorcycles.

Building Maintenance

• Must have a TESDA Certication or any related certifications.
• Will look after the maintenance and repair of all company property.
• (most especially air-conditioning units).
• Should have at least 6 months working experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• At least 23 to 27 years old.

Mechanic

• Graduate of Vocational course in Automotive Mechanic or related degree.
• Must a have relevant work experience in motorcycle troubleshooting and engine repair or overhauling.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Should be computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• TESDA certification is an advantage.
