Contest Mechanics:

1. The contest is open to all male and female Yamaha Fino owners, regardless of whether or not they are members of motorcycle clubs.
2. Participants are required to register on or before October 31, 2010.
3. Registration is Free.
4. Interested participants may download the entry form here.
5. Criteria for judging are as follows:

   Finishing Quality	-	25%
   Creativity/Originality	-	25%
   Stylishness/Porma	-	20%
   Total design concept	-	30%

   Participants must submit the following requirements together with their accomplished entry forms:

   • 1 piece of 1x1 ID picture.
   • Photocopy of any valid ID with participant’s signature.
   • Photocopy of the Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Stock Report (CSR) of the participant’s motorcycle.
   • 3 pieces of 5x7 pictures of the modified Yamaha Fino.
   Entries may be sent via post or courier to the following address:

   Marketing Department – Advertising and Promotions
   Lot 8 Block 8 ADB Avenue Corner Opal Road,
   Ortigas Center Pasig City.

   Qualified partcipants will receive a call from Yamaha Motor Philippines Inc.
   Contest Period: July 25 – October 31, 2010

   Announcement of Finalists:	November 4, 2010.
   Final Judging and Awarding:	December 12, 2010 at SM Fairview.

Prizes:

Top 3 winners will be entitled to a free trip for two (2) to Disneyland Hong Kong
