Road to Safety Continues: Be Safe, Be Different, Be Yamaha Daet, Camarines Norte Tour - 3rd Leg

    Yamaha Motor Philippines Inc. (YMPH) heats up the road as the touring continues to its third leg of promoting safety riding awareness from Lucena, Quezon all the way to Daet, Camarines Norte on June 9-10, 2012.

     

    Candelaria and Lucena riders registered in Yamaha 3S Shop Lucena as early as five o’ clock in the morning. Soon after they gathered for a gas up, they took the road to Gumaca to meet up with its fellow riders. Everyone gathered to Gumaca for a gas up and an early lunch. They joined with the Daet riders upon reaching the 3S Shop of the said town. A total of seventy one (71) riders participated in the touring activity. Sixteen (16) of them is from Lucena, six (6) from Candelaria, twenty nine (29) and nineteen (19) riders came from Gumaca and Daet respectively.

    Broadcasting of safety awareness was successfully conducted in Daet 3S Shop. The crowd was hyped-up by the eagerness of YMPH safety instructors, headed by Mr. Neil Hindang. Riders distributed the “Be Safe, Be Different, Be Yamaha” flyers to the bystanders and passersby. The placards were proudly raised with honor and conviction.

After the program, the riders geared their selves up to their last destination, the Bagasbas Light House, in Daet, Camarines Norte. As they arrived on the resort safely, they took their hotel room keys and take pleasure in the ambiance and comfort of their accommodations. The riders had a fine buffet-style dinner while being entertained by the two hilarious hosts.

The seminar started right after the scrumptious dinner and mouth-watering desserts. YMPH safety instructors taught the riders about the basics of Yamaha Safe Riding Science (YSRS). All ears were focused on the facilitators while the presentation was ongoing. Exciting games were conducted right after the seminar.

After Sales, Logistics and Corporate Support Director Mr. Yukio Fukada and Ads and Promo Manager Mr. Ryan Jude Camus gave their warm greetings and extended their appreciation to the riders through their inspiring speeches. The program ended as the riders signed on the “Be Safe Wall” as a proof of their commitment and conviction to road safety. They relished their bonding moments as they took pictures together with big grins on their faces.
