THE YAMAHA GRAND PRIX FINALS HISTORY IN PALAWAN

PALAWAN INTERNATONAL CIRCUIT – The 9th Yamaha Grand Prix reaches its climax at the Palawan International Racing Circuit with the best riders in the country raring for a victory.

Masato Fernando has dominated the 150 Championship category on the Sniper 150 and remains the leader of the pack. Behind him are J.E. Inguito and Bornok Mangosong who have this last opportunity to overtake the perennial Champion.

The Dealer Cup Race is arguably the closest race in all the categories with both the Expert and Intermediate categories playing a key role in the overall points per racing team. Currently, Motorace and LYR are tied for first in statistical points with Rhean Marketing, Des Marketing, DHCI Cyclehaus, and New Nemar all looking to catch up.

Now the All-Female category has completed its roster for a bout that will redefine racing for Women in the Philippines. Champions of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao earned their spots for the chance to be named best in the Nation. A wildcard roster also comes in the fray looking to prove that they too deserve to be in the competition.

At stake as well is being named to Yamaha Team Pilipinas Racing and represent the flag in international competition. In a race where skill and stature go out the window, it’s all about will, grit, and heart. This is the Yamaha Grand Prix Finals.
