February 14 & February 27, 2019 The adventure continues in the island of the Western Visayas and Northern Mindanao. The month of love has never been this good as the Yamaha Campus Roadshow spreads awareness in motorcycle safety at the STI West Negros University in Bacolod City and Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology in Misamis City

The advocacy of encouraging the youth to know the essence of riding safety remain as the main goal of the Yamaha Campus Roadshow. One component of this event is the Yamaha Safe Riding Science Program that aims to teach the students to be responsible riders since the motorcycle influence in the Philippines are getting wider every year, many of the users are also getting younger that is why the need of educating them about it is also increasing.

The first day was mainly focused on the Safety Riding Course where the students were called Yamaha Ambassadors of Safety in which they were taught by the instructors of Yamaha Riding Academy. Most of these selected students were first-timers and some of them already know how to ride a motorcycle but are lacking in knowledge about the safety measures needed in motorcycle riding. They learned the importance of wearing safety gears, proper handling, right throttling and many more.

There’s nothing better than spreading your love in a form of advocacy therefore the second half, Yamaha Campus Roadshow continues by featuring the musical play entitled “#WeAreUnstoppable: Ride to Discovery” performed by Dalanghita Productions. This play tackles the struggle of a students’ self-esteem and life goals. Right after the play is an Interactive Talk show with the Sports and Action reporter, Roxanne Montealegre where she gave advices about the proper way of multi-tasking and priorities. The event was capped off with a concert of Singer/songwriter TJ Monterde, giving the students a complete valentines vibe with his sweet serenade.

These inspirational activities captured the heart of the students as they participated in the games and segments that needed their attention. The journey beyond unstoppable will reach the island of Roxas, Capiz spreading the advocacy nationwide on March 26, 2019.
