Yamaha Parts & Accessories Academy

YPA is a training program for Yamaha dealership parts and accessory sales people. This academy provides training materials and information to expand general knowledge on the design, proper application and the advantages of genuine Yamaha parts and accessories

In addition, YPA is also designed to increase sales, dealership management and knowledge about customer satisfaction. When these improvements are learned and then integrated, we can be sure that we have strengthened and achieved the highest levels of Yamaha genuine parts and accessories knowledge that surpasses customer expectations.

YPA Training Courses

The Yamaha Parts and Accessories Academy covers two courses: YPA Basic Class and YPA Advanced Class.

These two courses shall provide everything that our parts sales people will need in order to provide world class service.

YPA Basic Course

YPA Basic course offers the necessary basic knowledge and skills of the products, genuine parts, accessories and sales for the P&A specialist.

YPA Advanced Course

YPA Advance course offers the advance skills and knowledge regarding genuine parts, accessories.
