Leg Information

The fourth leg of Yamaha GP was conducted at Limketkai Mall, Cagayan De Oro July 24, 2011.

The races were conducted in the following order:

  1. 135cc Superstock (135SS)
  2. Club Race (Pampanga Road Blasters)
  3. 115cc Sports Production (115SP)
  4. 115cc Superstock (115SS)
  5. Automatic Superstock (ATSS)

Race Report

Galleries and Teams

Individual racers and teams from Limketkai Mall, Cagayan De Oro and other nearby provinces, as well as onlookers, joined the Yamaha GP Davao. Five types of races were conducted, including an exclusive Club race.

The heat

135cc Superstock (135SS)

The 135cc Superstock (135SS) is the first heat in Yamaha GP Davao. The 135SS pits racers with their lightly modified liquid-cooled, 135cc Yamaha Snipers against each other.

The following emerged victorious in the said category:

  1. 1ST CLIFFORD BACUS
  2. 2ND LOWEL BERAY
  3. 3RD RICHARD TAN

Club Races - All Mio & Sniper Club

Club Races pit club members of the Interclub Race against one another. This club in particular raced with their assorment of Yamaha automatic motorcycles.

The following emerged victorious in the said category:

  1. 1ST HERBERT CUATON
  2. 2ND KENNETH MACASARTE
  3. 3RD JOERAM POSADAS
  4. ALL SNIPER CLUB

115cc Sports Production (115SP)

The 115SP pits racers with a variety of modified 115cc Yamaha motorcycles against each other.

The following emerged victorious in the said category:

  1. 1ST VINGIE COLOMA
  2. 2ND CLIFFORD BACUS
  3. 3RD RHEYNIEL LOZADA

115cc Superstock (115SS)

The 115SS pits racers with a variety of lightly modified 115cc Yamaha motorcycles against each other.

The following emerged victorious in the said category:

  1. 1ST ERNIE DAGUIO JR.
  2. 2ND PAM ONAHON
  3. 3RD REXKIN MAKIPUTIN

Automatic Superstock (ATSS)

The ATSS pits racers with a variety of lightly modified Yamaha automatic motorcycles against each other.

The following emerged victorious in the said category:

  1. 1ST MARK GIL MARTIJE
  2. 2ND ERNIE DAGUIO JR.
  3. 3RD RENATO VIOLAN

Other highlights

Yamaha GP doesn't only feature races in different catagories, but also cool stuff for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Yamaha motorcycle owners can register for Yamaha Club on an exclusive booth. Along with it are exhibits of different Yamaha motorcycles available in the market. Cool sets of Yamaha apparel are available for everyone. We also have a number of sponsors showcasing their race-quality products.
