HOW TO USE PARTNER VOUCHERS
Using your partner vouchers is easy. Simply select your voucher from the app, present it at participating partner stores, and enjoy exclusive discounts and offers. Whether it’s gear, accessories, or special services, your vouchers bring you closer to premium Yamaha experiences.
Disclaimer : Only one brand partner can be chosen per voucher received. Some brand partner will have a minimum amount to spend, before you use your voucher please check the voucher details.
You will be asked to confirm if you are sure you want to claim your voucher at this shop. Click 'OK' to process the transaction. That’s it! You’ve successfully claimed your partner voucher discount.
Check your eligibility on the membership tab page to see if you qualify to receive a partner voucher. If you are eligible, a partner voucher will appear. Click on it and choose which brand partner you would like to use it with.
Visit the Brand Partner's store and inform the staff that you will be claiming your Voucher. Select the item you wish to purchase, then proceed to payment.
Go back to the membership tab in the App and click your chosen Partner Voucher. Then, click ”Use Voucher” when you are at the cashier. Choose a brand then a voucher will pop up and click “Use Ticket”.
Scan the QR code provided by the cashier for verification, or enter the Brand Partner’s shop code if the QR code isn’t working, then click 'OK.'
You will be asked to confirm if you are sure you want to claim your voucher at this shop. Click 'OK' to process the transaction. That’s it! You’ve successfully claimed your partner voucher discount.

What is MY YAMAHA MOTOR REV PH?
My Yamaha Motor REV PH is a program to provide special benefits to high-loyalty customers. Customers can enjoy Yamaha exclusives, unlock special perks, access premium advantages, enjoy promotions, member-only experiences, and brand partner specials. They can earn points with every purchase or transaction at our official Yamaha dealers or through different activities.
How to download MY YAMAHA MOTOR REV PH?
You may download the app from Google Play Store for Android users and App Store for IOS users.
How to register to MY YAMAHA MOTOR REV PH?
There are two ways to register on the My Yamaha Motor REV PH!
NEW CUSTOMER
- A. Scan the QR code located at the rear fender so your motorcycle information will be automatically filled out.
- B. You'll be directed to the E-Warranty page, but Y-ID registration will pop up first.
- C. Register with Y-ID then proceed to E-Warranty registration.
- D. Download the My Yamaha Motor – Rev PH App on your Google Play Store or App Store.
- E. Open the app and log-in using your Y-ID (email or phone number).
- F. Set your province and district.
- G. View the tutorial for the My Yamaha Motor App.
- H. Your motorcycle will be registered next day after finishing E-Warranty registration.
- I. Your points for purchasing a motorcycle will also be earned the next day after finishing E-Warranty registration.
- J. You may now earn points for purchasing and participating in different activities moving forward.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS
- A. Download the My Yamaha Motor – Rev PH App on Google Play Store or App Store.
- B. Register for a Y-ID using your Email or Phone number. (If you have Y-Connect, use the same credentials to log in)
- C. Set your province and district.
- D. View the tutorial for the My Yamaha Motor - REV PH App.
- E. On the home page click “+” button to register your motorcycle/s.
- F. Register your motorcycle VIN/Chassis/Frame Number and your phone number you registered when purchasing your motorcycle.
- G. Once your VIN/Chassis/Frame number and Phone number are correct, you will receive an SMS verification code. Enter the code to proceed.
- H. Your motorcycle is now registered. You can now start earning points.
- I. You can register up to 99 motorcycles.
Customer did not receive OTP during registration
Contact chat support at supportmyyamaha@yamaha-motor.com.ph. OTP expires after 60 minutes, so contact chat support immediately.
I cannot register my motorcycle
If your phone number is not updated:
If your phone number is not updated
- 1.1) If you input your VIN/Chassis/Frame number and the phone number does not match, you need to update your information by clicking “Forgot/Change the phone number?”
- 1.2) Enter VIN/Chassis/Frame number and the updated phone number.
- 1.3) Attach your Certificate of Registration and tap “Online Apply”.
- 1.4) Your request will be sent to YMPH Service team to update your information.
- 1.5) Your motorcycle registration will be updated in 3 Working Days. You may start earning points while waiting.
If your VIN/Chassis/Frame number is not recognized by the system
- 2.1) If you are a secondhand owner and you have already updated your OR/CR under your name, contact Yamaha Chat Support to apply for the change. You may register your motorcycle after it is updated in the system.
- 2.2) If you are a secondhand owner and your OR/CR is not under your name please undergo the change process with LTO. Once successful, proceed with step 2.1.
- 2.3) If you're the owner of the motorcycle and the VIN/Chassis/Frame number is not recognized, go to My Yamaha App > Click “+” button > Click forgot/change the phone number > Enter your VIN/Chassis/Frame number and mobile number, attach your CR then click online apply. My Yamaha customer support team will change or update your information within 2-3 business days.
- 2.4) If none of the above is your concern, and your VIN/Chassis/Frame number is not recognized by the system, contact chat support on the link found in My Yamaha - REV PH App.
